Services
I want to empower you to be the best version of yourself not only through the way that you eat, but also how you think, move and live.
I provide individual nutrition counselling sessions in which I dive deep with you about your health concerns, uncover the causes of symptoms you're experiencing and use a holistic approach to give you the tools you need to achieve better health in a realistic way and set you up to self-manage your health in the long-term.

Clinic Consultations

I currently consult at The Bod Squad in Inner East Adelaide, located at 50 Fullarton Road, Norwood (see map below).

Phone (08) 8431 9100 or go to the online booking portal to book an appointment with me. You do not need a referral to book, however if you have seen your GP regarding the health issue you wish to discuss with me it can be helpful if they write a referral letter and include any relevant test or investigation results. If you have a 'chronic disease' (e.g. diabetes, high cholesterol, coeliac disease) you may be eligible for a Medicare GP Management Plan which will give you Medicare-subsidised visits to see me. Speak to your GP if you think you may be eligible.

Telehealth Consultations

If you live outside of Adelaide or are unable to get to the clinic, I also offer Telehealth (phone and video) consultations which you can book here. You do not need a referral for this.
If you are interested in working with me but aren't sure if it's the right thing for you, feel free to contact me and we can discuss if and how I may be able to help you, or I can refer you on to another dietitian or health professional whom I think may be able to help you.
